Dandelion NYC was founded on a profound love of community and food. As a Brooklyn native, Charlotte grew up around a table full of people and a door that was always open to others.

Her upbringing fostered a curiosity for hospitality, leading her to The Culinary Institute of America, where she earned an associate’s degree in baking and pastry, along with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Throughout her three years at the CIA, Charlotte immersed herself in the food marketing industry.

The joy she finds in bringing people together motivated her to pursue a career in marketing. Dandelion NYC embodies this passion for capturing special moments and fostering connections. We help good things grow.
