Dandelion NYC is founded on a profound love for community and food. Created by Charlotte Brown, a Brooklyn native, the establishment embodies her passion for capturing special moments and fostering connections around the table. Influenced by her upbringing, Charlotte followed her culinary dream at The Culinary Institute of America, where she earned an associate’s degree in baking and pastry, along with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Throughout her three years at the CIA, Charlotte immersed herself in the food marketing industry. Her desire to draw people into the culinary world and inspire them to explore new recipes and restaurants motivated her to pursue a career in food marketing.
